What if I am new to jumping rope?
No worries. I'm going to hook you up with a free copy of my Jump Rope Fundamentals guide as a free bonus to help you master the basic jump rope techniques that you'll need to get through the challenge.
How much time will I need to do the workouts?
No more than 30 minutes. Usually less. That includes warm-up and cool-down. You should have no problem squeezing these workouts into your busy schedule. The workouts are also very flexible so you'll be able to make modifications if necessary.
What if I don't have a jump rope?
Then I'll show you which rope to get to make sure you get the most out of the challenge. I'll even hook you up with a discount on the jump rope that I recommend.
Will I need any other equipment?
Nope. Just a jump rope, a timer, and a little bit of space to do your workouts.
Do I need access to a gym to participate?
No gym required. You'll be able to do these workouts anywhere, anytime. It's super flexible.
What if the workouts are too difficult for me?
Each workout comes with optional modifications you can make if you need to make your workouts more or less challenging. If you have previous injuries or have physical limitations, please speak with your doctor before starting this challenge.
What if I need more time to finish the challenge?
Once you purchase the challenge, you will have permanent access to all the workouts and add-ons. That means you can take as long as you need to to complete the challenge!
