What if I am a complete beginner?
Then you're in the right place. This challenge was designed primarily for beginners. If you're just getting started with your fitness journey or you're getting back into a routine, this challenge is for you.
How much time will I need to do the workouts?
No more than 30 minutes. Usually less. That includes warm-up and cool-down so you should have no problem squeezing them into your busy schedule. The workouts are also very flexible so you'll be able to make modifications if necessary.
Do I need access to a gym to participate?
Nope. The only things you need for this challenge are a timer (either a smartphone app or stop-watch) and a little bit of space to move around.
What if the workouts are too difficult for me?
Each workout comes with optional modifications you can make in case you want to make the workouts more or less challenging. If you have previous injuries or have physical limitations, please speak with your doctor before starting this challenge.
What if I need more time to finish the challenge?
Once you purchase the challenge, you will have permanent access to all the workouts and add-ons. That means you can take as long as you need to to complete the challenge!
